	Just out of jail and ready to start a "legit" life, Panther and Ray motorcycle cross-country from South Central LA toward Washington D.C. for the Fourth of July celebration. Along the way, they pick-up a hitchhiker, a straight laced, video cam toting NYU film student and befriend two "wanna be rapper" chicks. A series of events are triggered that leads them down a road of unwanted violence.
